How to Order

To place an order with us please visit the shop section of our website. If you’d like to place a bespoke order then please contact us by calling 07933266971 or by emailing penny@westloaf.co.uk.

All correspondence will be in English.

Products

All products are hand baked in small batches and can occasionally vary in colour or presentation than those on the website due to varying bake temperatures or decoration.

Ingredients

Please contact us if you have any queries regarding ingredients or allergens.

Allergens including nuts, peanuts, soya, gluten, eggs, and dairy are all used in our kitchen premises.  We therefore can never guarantee taht traces of these allergens will not be found in other foods.

Cancellations

If you want to cancel your order please contact us on 07933266971 or email penny@westloaf.co.uk

This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights — for example, if goods are faulty or mis-described.

Delivery

We deliver all items via Royal Mail Tracked24 unless otherwise stated.
We will attempt delivery to an address and postcode as you enter it and cannot accept liability for late or failed delivery due to an incorrect address. If you are unsure of an address or postcode please check it using a postcode finder before ordering.

We’re unable to guarantee delivery dates for Royal Mail services as it’s outside of our control. Please note that the quality of the product may be slightly compromised if a delivery is delayed.
