Buying from our shop

When you visit our shop checkout, we collect your order details, billing and delivery information, and any other contact details that you provide us with. This information is collected solely for the purposes of processing your order.

 

If you sign up for a subscription we collect the same information in order to fulfil your continuing orders.

 

We do not collect or hold any card details. All payments are processed externally by PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay and by Wix Payments. Wix Payments complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS).

Comments & reviews

If you leave comments or reviews on our website, we collect your name and any details you leave in your comment.

Contacting us

If you use the contact us via email or phone,  we may process your name, email address and message. We will then hold this information for the purposes of replying to your message, and for any continuing correspondence.

Mailing list sign-up

If you sign up for our mailing list, we will hold your email address for the purposes of sending you newsletters and news items from our website. You can opt out of the service at any time, by clicking on the “Unsubscribe” link, or by contacting us.

How long we retain your data

We will only retain your personal data for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, or reporting requirements.When personal data is no longer needed, we will securely delete or destroy it.

Your contact information, and information for processing your orders, will be held securely in our digital and paper records systems. We take reasonable steps to secure your personal data, including access restriction, password protection, physical security and organisational measures.

Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our site; any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will try to prevent unauthorised access.
