A warming, fragrant and delicately spiced teabread studded with sultanas and currants. I infuse the fruits with a special blend of chai spiced black tea made of ginger, cinnamon, clove and nutmeg.


My homemade chai syrup is drizzled on after baking to create a subtle glazed finish. It not only tastes delicious but smells divine too!
